RANGE CONVERSIONS --- When you need to change your Ranges gas type - it is recommended to use the Factory OEM Kit ---
In a normal conversion ( on units that do not have electric spark ignition, convection oven, or any kind of electrical needs) you would change:
OPEN BURNERS---The Orifice Hoods on each burner ---The pilot lights are adjustable -(Valve located behind the knob
GRILLS --- The burner valve hood ---
OVEN -- The burner valve hood --- --- The oven pilot orifice
Appliance Regulator --

Note: On most open burners made by Franklin Chef the open burner valve had an adjustable orifice. To see if yours is adjustable, turn the valve off, remove the burner , and remove the burner orifice , inside will be a pin with a point. If there is a pin inside the valve , your burner can be adjusted, if there is not a pin inside , you will need to replace the orifice to change the gas type.

The parts below are for a standard oven unit, and are suggested sizes and is not meant to be implied as the correct size for ever range. The size suggested is within +/- 2 drill sizes of the size used on every Brand of standard ranges. Drill sizes are set up - so that the larger the number ---the smaller the hole.
